During our transformation, Vincenzo had designed the training concept and conducted the first training sessions.
The staff members had very different levels of skills and it was important to deal well with this very heterogeneous situation and to meet all the requirements. Vincenzo knew how to involve us closely and purposefully in the development of the training concepts. After an initial run, he was very open to feedback and did an excellent job of implementing the adapted requirements in the training concept. I very much enjoyed his openness and professional learning culture.
